For this, we are looking for a highly motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager with good customer understanding and analytical know-how. As an important part of our E-Commerce team, you will work closely with the Product Owner, the Data Analyst, and marketing stakeholders to activate, inspire, and win over our customers with smart, data-driven campaigns for the long term.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, implement, and optimize email and push campaigns along the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
  • Develop and maintain automated marketing processes (e.g., welcome flows, cart abandonment, re-engagement campaigns, on-mountain campaigns)
  • Segment and personalize target groups based on customer behavior, purchase history, and interests
  • Create and analyze A/B tests to optimize open, click, and conversion rates
  • Ensure a consistent brand message
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing to ensure consistent brand communication
  • Track reporting and KPIs for continuous development of the lifecycle strategy
  • Evaluate new tools and trends in CRM, automation, and customer engagement

What You Bring

  • Completed training or degree in communication, digital business, etc., or professional experience in campaign management
  • Analytical and economic thinking
  • You are motivated to drive goals and KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value
  • Technical basic understanding of engagement campaigns via CRM tools
  • High initiative - you recognize what needs to be done and tackle it before someone asks
  • Communication skills - you proactively approach people and ask the right questions
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and positive work approach
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
