About the Role

Join our Marketing Department’s Guest Knowledge and Engagement team, where we develop and implement customer engagement strategies and personalized experiences to foster loyalty and support growth. Our team collaborates closely with other departments (Marketing, Retail, Partnership, Tourism, etc.) to successfully execute cross‑functional projects for the Village. You will work on relationship strategy, CRM project management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Contract duration: Mid June – Mid December 2026

Responsibilities

  • Developing the CRM value proposition.
  • Defining the overall engagement strategy for the CRM programme.
  • Supervising the communication strategy of the membership programme.
  • Monitoring and tracking engagement across different database segments.
  • Planning, implementing, and managing the performance of commercial campaigns for our members.
  • Developing exclusive benefits and rewards for members in collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM department, contributing to the implementation of exclusive projects for a loyalty program.
  • Proficiency with CRM management tools such as Salesforce Loyalty.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data manipulation and visualization skills using Excel or Power BI.
  • Keen interest in customer engagement and loyalty topics.
  • Native French speaker with excellent written and spoken English, able to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
