Within the team, you will participate in the management of CRM / PRM production, the deployment of new growth levers such as emailing, RCS or WhatsApp, the construction of cross-channel journeys, as well as the development of partnerships with external databases.

Your role: help the team design, manage, and evolve high-performing CRM systems, in line with business and data challenges.

Your missions

You will be involved in 4 main areas:

  1. CRM / PRM Production Management

    • Participate in the operational management of CRM / PRM campaigns
    • Coordinate the different production stages with internal teams and partners
    • Track schedules, priorities, and go-lives
    • Ensure the smooth running of campaigns and adherence to deadlines
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM production processes
  2. Development of New Growth Levers

    • Support the deployment of multichannel activation levers: emailing, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp
    • Participate in defining contact strategies according to business objectives
    • Monitor activation performance and identify optimizations
    • Test new uses and formats to improve engagement and conversion
    • Contribute to the ramp-up of new CRM channels
  3. Cross-Channel Journey Construction

    • Participate in the design of cross-channel customer journeys
    • Contribute to personalizing scenarios based on audiences and life events
    • Work on automation and campaign orchestration logic
    • Help streamline interactions between different CRM channels
    • Participate in improving the customer experience through a journey-based approach
  4. Partnerships & External Databases

    • Support the management of data and CRM partners
    • Participate in the acquisition, exploitation, and enrichment of external databases
    • Monitor the quality and relevance of activated data
    • Contribute to coordinating actions with partners
    • Participate in identifying new partnership opportunities

  • CRM / Campaigns: Brevo, MailPool, Smartlead, Campaign Orchestrator (internal tool). Experience with CRM solutions is appreciated: Salesforce, Adobe Campaign,...
  • Multichannel Activation: RCS Business, WhatsApp Business
  • Data Analysis: Power BI, Google Analytics
  • Partnerships & Data: CRM and data management tools such as CDP / DMP
