Senior Solutions Designer CRM

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer CRM with strong hands-on development and integration experience to design and deliver enterprise-level integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend development, API integration, cloud-based integration solutions, and enterprise architecture within large-scale environments. This role requires experience designing complex, highly available, mission-critical applications and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise hosting and integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and support backend applications using REST Web Services, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Design and implement API and multi-system integration solutions.
• Work with enterprise integration technologies including IBM ACE, MuleSoft, JMS, AMQP, and REST services.
• Design cloud-based and Azure integration solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create technical specifications, architecture documentation, and system designs.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management.
• Support system implementation, migration, testing, and performance optimization.
• Ensure solutions comply with OPS enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of backend development and solution design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST Web Services, JPA / Hibernate, SQL / PL-SQL, Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Experience with enterprise integration and API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Integration
• Experience with middleware and ESB technologies such as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and MuleSoft
• Experience with integration technologies including JMS, AMQP, REST APIs and Message Queues
• Experience designing cloud-based integration solutions.
• Experience with Azure Integration services.
• Strong system analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience designing solutions using UML, JEE, Service Bus, and ETL.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within OPS enterprise architecture standards.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in the public sector or government environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture governance and documentation standards.
• Experience with highly available and mission-critical systems.
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies, networking, and enterprise storage environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK.
• Experience conducting system evaluations, capacity assessments, and performance optimization.
• Experience presenting prototypes or solution designs to senior leadership or clients.
