Key Responsibilities

- A key part of the role will be improving campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- You will analyse campaign data, identify opportunities for optimisation, and make recommendations to improve performance across email marketing, PPC, lead generation, and digital campaigns.
- You will implement and maintain lead scoring models, manage CRM data quality, and ensure that contact records, companies, deals, lists, properties, and pipelines are accurate and well-maintained. You will help improve CRM usage across teams and support consistent data processes.
- You will create reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support smarter business decisions. This includes reporting on campaign performance, lead sources, conversion rates, customer journeys, pipeline performance, and marketing ROI.
- You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that HubSpot supports commercial priorities, campaign planning, sales follow-up, and customer communication.
- You may also support integrations with other platforms and assist with troubleshooting where needed.
