Role Overview
Help shape how systems support a growing, mission driven organization. Sid Jacobson JCC is seeking a Senior CRM & Systems Specialist to help optimize our recently implemented CRM and operations platform, Amilia. We are still early in the rollout, with data migration in progress, workflows continuing to be defined, and teams learning the system. This role is focused on helping us move from a new system to a working system.
We are looking for someone who can step into an environment that is still taking shape, bring structure to how the system is used, clean and organize data as it comes over, and ensure the system supports how we actually operate day to day. Prior Amilia experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong CRM, systems, and technical experience who can learn quickly and move work forward.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
What You’ll Do
System Setup & Improvement
- Support the continued rollout, setup, and refinement of Amilia
- Identify where workflows need to be clarified, simplified, or adjusted
- Ensure the system reflects how memberships, programs, and operations actually function
Data Migration & Cleanup
- Support ongoing data migration from legacy systems
- Clean, standardize, validate, and organize data as it is brought into the system
- Make practical decisions about what data should and should not be carried forward
Structure & Consistency
- Establish clear and simple standards for how the system is used
- Ensure consistency in fields, processes, and data entry across teams
- Prevent unnecessary complexity as the system evolves
User Support & Adoption
- Help staff use the system effectively in their day-to-day work
- Identify where people are working around the system and address root issues
- Provide straightforward, practical guidance and support
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Create visibility into participation, engagement, and operations
- Gather, manipulate, and analyze data to produce clear, actionable reports
Cross Functional Partnership
- Partner with internal teams to understand needs and align system use
- Work with technical resources and vendors as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 4 to 8+ years of experience working with CRM, operational systems, or business platforms
- Experience supporting a system during rollout, migration, or early stage implementation
- Strong understanding of data quality, structure, usability, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and move work forward without constant direction
- Comfortable working across teams and in environments that are still evolving
- Platform agnostic mindset. Amilia experience is not required
