As a Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing C4I missions through the engineering of Department of Defense Afloat Network systems. What You Bring:

  • Over 6 years of experience in engineering Information Technology systems for the Department of Defense or government agencies.
  • At least 4 years of experience designing solutions using technologies such as Radiant Mercury, Secure Operating System Trusted Thin Client, or Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience engineering and integrating Cross Domain solutions for CANES.
  • In-depth knowledge of Radiant Mercury.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering and information technology principles.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive solutions that integrate both software and hardware to solve complex problems and implement enhancements.
  • Capacity to analyze and resolve issues across applications and technologies while collaborating with technical personnel from various organizations.
  • Talent for redesigning system architectures to enhance efficiency, stability, and supportability.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than 6 years of experience supporting C4I systems engineering.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in planning, investigating, designing, and implementing both physical and logical C4I solutions.
  • Skills to mentor team members in defining, analyzing, and providing solutions for afloat network systems.
  • Guidance on engineering best practices in alignment with program processes and policies.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Compensation:

Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours weekly are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. The projected salary range for this role is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 annually, depending on various factors such as location and individual qualifications.
