Role Overview
As Piaget's Customer Service Technical Project Manager, you will optimize and standardize global Customer Service operations. This pivotal role involves leading technical projects, providing support, managing partner networks, and defining processes to ensure exceptional service delivery, efficiency, and compliance worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Projects Management
- Manage diverse technical projects within Customer Service, overseeing development, optimization, and deployment of technical or digital tools for boutiques and repair platforms.
- Support the evolution of services and processes to continuously enhance the client experience.
Technical Support
- Provide expert technical support, efficiently responding to inquiries from our markets.
Network & Process Management
- Manage, develop, and standardize Piaget's network by maintaining authorization guidelines, formalizing certification processes, and monitoring network evolution.
- Define, implement, and optimize internal technical processes, including regular review and update of Standard Technical Operations.
- Contribute to the standardization of workflows (e.g., remote diagnostics, CS initiatives), often in collaboration with Group entities.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Engineering degree, ideally with a specialization in mechanical conception.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in technical project management or process improvement; knowledge of luxury watchmaking/jewelry is an asset.
- Project Management: Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; adept at fostering strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Acumen: Robust analytical skills for comprehensive performance analysis and Return on Investment (ROI) assessment.
- Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Mindset: Dynamic, proactive individual with a “can‑do” attitude, innovative thinking, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
