About the Role
As a Senior CSA Project Manager you will play a key role in the design and delivery of major industrial and commercial facilities, with a particular focus on data centers and advanced technology infrastructure. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, drive the implementation of tailored and sustainable design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, design, and execution of industrial and commercial building projects, including data centers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying project requirements and developing innovative, future‑ready solutions.
- Manage permitting processes in coordination with authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare conceptual, detail, and execution‑level designs in compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards.
- Oversee all project phases, ensuring strong cost, schedule, and quality control.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—including engineers, consultants, contractors, and PM Group teams—to deliver fully integrated solutions.
- Apply digital design methodologies and tools (e.g., BIM, CAD) to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture (Technical University) or related discipline with proven project development expertise.
- Several years’ experience in planning and executing complex industrial or commercial projects — ideally within data center or high‑tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of HOAI, VOB, relevant standards, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong communication, coordination, and client‑engagement skills.
- A proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented approach to project delivery.
- Fluency in English.
