Key Responsibilities

Incident Handling & Response

• Process all security incidents (take down, CVE publication, IOC extraction from malware analysis, log correlation, forensic analysis, breach analysis, malicious document analysis)
• Perform daily monitoring, alerts, and notifications
• Manage client requests related to cybersecurity products and services
• Handle incidents, change requests, and use case tickets
• Assist junior consultants and provide guidance when needed

Change & Client Projects

• Deliver incident response readiness assessments and consultancy missions for clients
• Conduct audits and security consulting engagements
• Represent the CSIRT team at internal and external events, including CERT community initiatives

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain and continuously update documentation following internal standards
• Ensure compliance with reporting structure and publication validation processes
• Provide accurate and timely reports for clients and internal stakeholders
