Role Overview
Most 'Onboarding Managers' are just glorified support agents who send welcome emails and hope the customer figures it out.
You will be a Project Manager, a Technical Consultant, and a Revenue Strategist all rolled into one.
You are the reason our customers succeed, not just a person they call when they are confused.
Responsibilities
- From the moment a contract is signed, the clock is ticking.
- Chase down Marketing Directors.
- Nag Developers to install scripts.
- Bypass blockers to get the deal live.
