Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, profit, and margin targets; manage pricing, costs, and working capital effectively.
• Drive regional growth plans, identify new market opportunities, and use market intelligence to shape product strategy.
• Execute National/Africa sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, manage tenders, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance, ensure product reliability, and resolve quality issues quickly.
• Ensure efficient supply chain planning, on time delivery, strong distributor performance, and effective service/support operations.
• Ensure zero safety incidents, meet all HSE and regulatory standards, and manage risks with timely corrective actions.
• Lead and develop diverse teams, achieve team objectives, build high performance culture, and train teams on product/compliance.
• Execute marketing plans, maintain accurate materials, strengthen product visibility, and support brand initiatives.
• Manage OEM, distributor, and regulatory relationships; deliver joint initiatives and support technology integration.
• Launch new regional initiatives, identify technology opportunities, support corporate expansion, and deliver projects on time.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in mining health and safety products or systems
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or business unit management role
• Proven experience managing national and Africa-wide operations
• Strong exposure to safety-critical mining equipment or electronic instruments
• Experience engaging with regulators and mining authorities across Africa
• Cross-border contract and tender management experience

Skills

• Excellent stakeholder and cultural management skills.

Package & Remuneration

Salary/Package

• R30,000 – R70,000 CTC pm
