Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure engineering
• Solid understanding of system security fundamentals and operational controls
• Experience configuring and maintaining systems or endpoints
• Basic familiarity with cryptography concepts (e.g., encryption, key management)
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Willingness to work on-site in Vienna

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain our digital asset custody infrastructure.
• Support secure key management processes and system integrity controls
• Execute and validate backup and recovery procedures
• Work with hardened or isolated systems for sensitive operations
• Maintain clear and auditable operational documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure and reliable operations
• Execute disaster recovery (DR) procedures and support business continuity execution related to infrastructure;
• Perform periodic restore simulations and verify integrity of encrypted backups and recovery materials;
• Support disaster recovery readiness of internal IT systems, including backup validation and recovery testing

For this position, a minimum monthly salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Employees in Information and Consulting is foreseen. Overpayment in line with market standards, depending on your qualifications and professional experience, is intended.
