CPL is currently working with an international bank and is looking for German-speaking Customer Account Managers for the Frankfurt location.

This position is ideal for candidates with initial experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or generally in a customer-oriented role who want to take the next step in an international environment.

What to expect:

• Location Frankfurt am Main
• Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days home office
• €45,000–50,000 base salary + bonus
• International work environment with development opportunities
• Structured onboarding and long-term perspective

Your Profile:

• German at native level
• Good English skills
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Initial experience in a customer-facing position
• Sales experience is an advantage, but not a must
