Role Overview
As the Customer AI Strategy & Success Lead - Enterprise, you will own relationships with Arya's largest and most complex customers, ensuring they realize transformational value from our agents, expand usage, and become long-term evangelists.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the strategic lead and point of escalation for Arya's largest enterprise customers.
- Develop AI success roadmaps aligning Arya's agents with customer operational and financial goals.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into scalable improvements.
- Build C-suite-ready success reporting quantifying time savings, margin impact, and automation ROI.
- Run quarterly business reviews and growth plans to expand Arya's footprint.
- Guide implementation managers and analysts on deployment sequencing, data readiness, and workflow design.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop enterprise case studies and reference stories.
- Act as a thought partner on AI maturity, change management, and process redesign.

- Comfortable engaging executives and front-line operators.
- Skilled in data-driven storytelling and operational ROI measurement.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple enterprise programs.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and digital labor.
What Success Will Look Like
- Day 7: Complete onboarding, learn product suite, review customer roster, meet internal stakeholders.
- Day 15: Meet key stakeholders, build notes on goals and workflows, shadow meetings, document success criteria.
- Day 30: Develop Enterprise Account Profiles, draft AI Success Roadmap, partner to deliver wins.
- Day 60: Run enterprise success meetings, deliver business reviews, track ROI and adoption metrics, propose improvements.
- Day 90: Lead enterprise success across customers, standardize success framework, establish Arya as strategic partner.
