Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Experience within the transport, automotive, or fleet support industry
- Previous customer service or call centre experience advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with empathy and problem-solving ability
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required
- Own reliable transport and valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
