Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop customized data integrations/pipelines
• Provide technical support for customer inquiries regarding integration/function and data
• Collaborate with the development team to implement customer-specific customizations and translate them into scalable SaaS features
• Conduct training and workshops for customers on the effective use of data solutions
• Keywords: ETL pipelines, Rest/GraphQL/grpc/ftp APIs, Apache Airflow, Qdrant, Postgres, LlamaIndex, LLMs, Vector Store, GraphDB, Orchestration, Parallelization

Requirements

• Ability to engage with customers and derive requirements from these conversations that are relevant to the overall SaaS product
• Ability to architect and develop scalable and robust ETL pipelines
• Ability to extend existing Apache Airflow DAGs with nodes so that new customers can load their data into our system easily and reliably

• We are a small, dynamic team (9 people), with 4 currently in the tech team.

Compensation
