Job Summary: Customer Delight Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies while ensuring that our customers have a delightful and seamless experience with Dabble. This dual-focused role requires a creative marketer with a keen eye for detail and a customer advocate who can transform feedback into actionable improvements.
Customer Delight Officer – Dabble Playart
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to customers who have abandoned carts via phone to assist and encourage conversions.
• Understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide personalized assistance to drive sales.
• Maintain detailed call records and track outcomes to measure success.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Respond to customer queries and Dabble community on Instagram and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and helpful communication.
• Post engaging content on Dabble’s Instagram Community page.
• Create opportunities for workshops and pop-ups to drive engagement.
• Manage bulk order processes, including closures and raising invoices.
• Collect and manage reviews across channels to strengthen customer trust.
• Handle service issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work with leads to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media
management tools).
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on customer experience or customer
success.
Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and sales-driven mindset.
• Persuasive and skilled in overcoming objections.
• Basic computer proficiency for maintaining call and sales records.
• Ability to research and build relationships with brands, influencers, and stores.
Location : Onsite at our office at Kalyanagar, Bangalore
