Customer Ambassador SAP Private Cloud

About

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our customers in the SAP Private Cloud area. You will manage our strategic portfolio, including RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (private edition), SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS).

As a "customer ambassador" within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you will navigate complex engagements in a dynamic, technologically leading environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and commercial success throughout the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing operation and contract renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Plan and evaluate services based on individual customer requirements and actively manage all relevant stakeholders.
• Delivery Management: Take responsibility for day-to-day operations, support ongoing projects, and act as a de-escalation point in critical situations.
• Account Management: Lead the commercial management of your accounts and develop strategies to continuously increase customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Alignment: Manage complex customer engagements within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization to ensure alignment with the SAP Private Cloud portfolio.

Required Skills and Experience

Primary Skills:

• Good understanding of the SAP cloud portfolio (especially Private Cloud).
• Experience in international working environments.
• Fluent in German and English (Mandatory).

Secondary Skills:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive “can-do” mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
• Consistent “customer first” attitude.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role in the cloud environment or IT consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing business-critical SAP landscapes and commercial account management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory).

Eligibility & Work Model:

• Remote work model (Germany-wide).
• Authorized to work in Germany.
• Immediate availability preferred.
