About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional (Customer Engineer) with CompTIA certification to provide technical assistance and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting IT hardware and software environments and working collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues (Dell/HP systems, Windows 10/11)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
  • Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of IT equipment
  • Support end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person (Tech Bar/Help Desk)
  • Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and service requests in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with SLA requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • CompTIA certification (A+, Network+, or Security+)
  • Experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware (Dell/HP) and Windows 10/11
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
