About the Role
You will work at the intersection of tools, processes, and international teams – with a direct impact on the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- In close cooperation with international departments, you will manage projects for the further development of Customer Experience measurement.
- You will contribute your expertise to analyze, evaluate, and sustainably implement digital solutions along the customer journey.
- In coordination with global stakeholders, you will prioritize requirements and translate them into concrete project measures.
- You will ensure that systems, data, and processes function consistently across countries and deliver real added value.
- You will use your analyses to identify optimization potential and drive data-based decisions.
- You will accompany international rollouts and ensure a structured introduction of our tools.
Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on business, IT, or Customer Experience.
- You have several years of experience in project management, preferably in the area of digital tools or platforms.
- You have already worked in international projects and speak fluent English.
- You understand how systems, data, and processes interact and derive clear measures from this.
- You structure complex topics independently and keep projects on track even with many interfaces.
- Experience with CX tools or similar platforms will complement your profile.
- Initial experience in the field of AI would be desirable.
Note: This position is limited to 12 months and is part-time (18h/week).
