Customer Onboarding Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all inventory movements, including products and consumables
• Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock records
• Investigate and resolve stock variances and discrepancies
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and analysis
• Identify trends and provide insights on stock performance
• Support plant management with stock-related financial information
• Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with the creditors team
• Supervise stock take teams and maintain effective team performance

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience in client engagement/ customer services/ project administration/ coordination
• Knowledge of FICA, KYC, AML, and POPIA requirements – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• High attention to detail
• Able to manage high volumes
• Strong communication skills

Qualification

• Matric + experience
• Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Compliance/ or related – HIGHLY ADVANATGEOUS
