Your Mission
In this role, you will take responsibility for demanding, customer-specific projects in the field of intralogistics systems (e.g., parcel and logistics centers, airports). You will ensure professional project execution and actively contribute to sales development and long-term customer satisfaction. Thanks to your in-depth product and application knowledge, you will be a valued point of contact – both internally and externally.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for customer projects from inquiry through implementation to post-calculation
- Development of system solutions and offers in the field of intralogistics (Track & Trace)
- Technical support for customers on-site in coordination with field sales
- Close collaboration with customers, sales, product management, application development, service, and administration
- Ensuring deadlines, quality, and costs throughout the entire project lifecycle
Desired Profile
- Basic technical training, ideally in electrical engineering or automation
- Further education in business administration or project management and experience in leading customer projects are advantageous
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as team spirit
- Very good German and good English skills
