About Our Client

Our client is one of the big players in electrical and electronic solutions worldwide. In Austria, the company is represented with three organizations at two locations. In Vienna, you will find the headquarters – here everything revolves around innovation, smart technologies, and the energy solutions of tomorrow. In Schrems (Lower Austria), the heart of production beats. Exactly here in Schrems, the team is growing rapidly – and for this, we are looking for YOU to strengthen it!

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent leadership and implementation of low-voltage switchgear projects from order entry to delivery or handover, including planning, prioritization, and schedule tracking.
  • Central point of contact for customers and internal front-end teams throughout the entire project duration, with active management of coordination, status reports, and escalations.
  • Close coordination of all involved internal functions such as engineering, purchasing, work preparation, production, test/FAT, and logistics to ensure a smooth project flow.
  • Control and monitoring of all project milestones (e.g., Kick-off, IFC release, material availability, start of assembly, FAT, shipping) as well as early risk identification and mitigation.
  • Management of change processes for customer and internal changes, including assessment of impacts on costs, deadlines, and scope, and ensuring clean implementation.
  • Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction through FAT support, complete project documentation, transparent reporting, and conducting lessons learned.

Your Profile

  • Completed education in engineering, business administration, operations, or a comparable field.
  • 3 years of experience in project, order, or customer project management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with electrical products, switchgear, or industrial projects is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of technical drawings and engineering contexts.
  • Good German and very good English skills, as well as confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project tracking tools.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills, as well as a structured way of working.
  • High customer and results orientation, strong communication skills, personal responsibility, and problem-solving competence.

What We Offer

  • Employment in a leading company in the energy management sector in Austria.
  • Interesting tasks in a dynamic and secure environment with international customers, as well as responsible, varied work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Participation in a motivated team and numerous opportunities for further development.
  • Additional remuneration for submitted ideas.
  • Modern working environment with high-quality space, air conditioning, intelligent ventilation, sound insulation, and Industry 4.0 infrastructure.
  • Numerous benefits, including Lease a Bike, meal allowance, health care, and company events.

We offer performance-oriented and attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry. Upon fulfillment of all requirements, a gross annual salary of €65,000 is planned for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible. Automatic progression and the associated increase in wages after 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 years are regulated in the collective agreement.
