Your Role

As a Customer Project Manager*, you will manage existing and new customers from the mobility sector with a focus on technical aspects and solutions from plastics technology, and successfully implement customer projects in collaboration with the interdisciplinary project team.

• communicate proactively with the customers, ascertain their wishes and requirements, and record them for further processing.
• assume full technical responsibility for customer projects in the concept and acquisition phase and support offer preparation and calculation.
• develop and evaluate technical solution concepts in close cooperation with internal departments and coordinate them with customers.
• plan, control, and monitor the project budget, including the corresponding resources, and monitor project schedules.
• coordinate and technically lead interdisciplinary project teams in the early project phase until handover to Plant Project Management.
• actively participate in efficiency and cost reduction projects for products and processes and contribute suggestions for improvement and solutions.

Your Profile

You are a good fit for us if you…

• have successfully completed studies in engineering (e.g., industrial engineering), further training as a technician, or a comparable education and further training.
• have several years of experience in a comparable position.
• have knowledge in the field of plastics injection molding technology and tool technology.
• are customer-oriented and flexible, with negotiation skills.
• are an empathetic and friendly personality who enjoys collaboration and communication with people and possesses organizational talent.
• are willing to travel and have good English skills in spoken and written.
