About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Analyst to support the design and delivery of solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Design functional and technical solutions using Salesforce platforms
- Configure and support Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Test, validate, and document system changes and enhancements
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization
- Support users and ensure smooth system functionality
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience with testing, documentation, and system implementation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
