Wipro is seeking a Salesforce BA with admin experience for a full-time position in Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements

  • Min 7-8 years of experience in Business System analyst or Administrator role with Salesforce
  • Strong experience in business analysis, system configuration, or related technical business roles
  • Salesforce cloud experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Requirement gathering, configuring Flows and security, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and driving user adoption
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor degree in IT or Computer science background
