ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service Analyst bridges technical operations, customer communication, and commercial administration. This role translates system and service data into clear customer reports while ensuring that service delivery activities are efficiently coordinated and accurately recorded within the ERP system.
MAIN DUTIES
The position involves a wide range of analytical and operational duties focused on energy system performance and service management:
- Data Analysis & Customer Reporting: Analyse solar PV and BESS performance data from monitoring platforms to identify trends and anomalies. Compile monthly and ad hoc customer reports with clear technical insights, commentary, and standardized dashboards.
- Service Workflow Management: Manage end-to-end service workflows by logging and prioritizing tickets within CRM systems. Coordinate technicians and contractors to ensure timely execution while resolving bottlenecks in service activities.
- ERP & Commercial Administration: Manage ERP transactions including purchase orders, quotations, and sales orders linked to service jobs. Support inventory coordination and collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy in invoicing and cost tracking.
- Customer Communication & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service updates and performance insights. Present reports and provide structured feedback based on system findings during customer meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate technical aptitude in renewable energy and strong analytical proficiency:
- Education: Diploma in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical service, operations, or analytical role, specifically within solar PV or technical energy environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools, along with experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
