About the role

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination with other departments, warehouses, other branches and overseas
  • Customer service: responding to inquiries related to import/export and triangle business to existing and new customers and oversea bases by email, telephone and face to face conversation
  • Inside sales: contact with clients, oversea bases, agents, transportation companies etc., and prepare a quotation
  • Billing business: issuing invoices to customers and related business for triangle business
  • Data input in Cargo Wise System
  • Achievement extraction: System extraction of shipping-related achievements

Job Requirements

  • You have commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service and inside sales
  • You have a strong service orientation and proactively respond to customer needs
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills in Japanese, German and English as well as empathy and intercultural competence
  • Analytic and careful working style with a high affinity for IT
  • Flexibility and resilience, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a proactive way of working
