About the role
Job Responsibilities
- Coordination with other departments, warehouses, other branches and overseas
- Customer service: responding to inquiries related to import/export and triangle business to existing and new customers and oversea bases by email, telephone and face to face conversation
- Inside sales: contact with clients, oversea bases, agents, transportation companies etc., and prepare a quotation
- Billing business: issuing invoices to customers and related business for triangle business
- Data input in Cargo Wise System
- Achievement extraction: System extraction of shipping-related achievements
Job Requirements
- You have commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service and inside sales
- You have a strong service orientation and proactively respond to customer needs
- You are characterized by strong communication skills in Japanese, German and English as well as empathy and intercultural competence
- Analytic and careful working style with a high affinity for IT
- Flexibility and resilience, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a proactive way of working
