On behalf of a well-established and internationally active company, we are looking for a:

International Customer Service Specialist

A key role acting as the link between clients, sales, logistics, and production, ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end process.

Your Impact

• Manage the full order management process (end-to-end) from customer inquiry to ERP order entry through to final delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners and freight forwarders (domestic & international)
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, order confirmations, datasheets, and client correspondence
• Handle sales back-office activities, including:
  • claims & returns
  • accounts receivable monitoring and payment follow-ups
• Support sales activities through sample dispatch, client follow-up, and product promotion
• Liaise with Production and Quality departments for technical requests
• Maintain and update client databases, price lists, forecasts, and reporting

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Back Office, ideally in an international environment
• Fluency in: Italian (C1/C2), German (mandatory), English (mandatory)
• Strong skills in ERP systems and MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and reliable approach
• Residency in Canton Ticino (mandatory requirement)
