Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Independent Chemical Corporation. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, as well as handling customer inquiries, accepting and processing orders, arranging freight and product specific needs, providing simple document support, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- 10 years Customer Service Experience in B-B Sales and experience in chemicals or manufacturing preferred.
- Direct management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
