YOUR ROLE
- Responsibility: Together with other team members, you are responsible for the productive software solution that we implement for our clients within SAP CX projects.
- Incident Management: You accept incident reports and service requests and ensure their timely processing and resolution.
- Coordination: You coordinate the deployment of solutions with us, our clients, and relevant service providers.
- Error Analysis: You analyze and qualify error situations, read log files, and keep an eye on the entire environment.
- Coordination: You continuously coordinate closely with clients and specialists from software development.
- Documentation: You maintain the documentation relevant for operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education and Qualification: Training or studies in a relevant IT field.
- Experience: Experience in a support function, as an Application Manager or Customer Service Manager, ideally with SAP Customer Experience Cloud and the integration of third-party systems.
- Error Analysis: Enjoy analyzing and qualifying errors.
- Technical Skills: Experience with common support tools and in the Kubernetes/Cloud environment is helpful.
- Interface Knowledge: Ideally, knowledge of interfaces (REST, JSON, XML) for connecting surrounding systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS.
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potentials.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
