We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Program Manager to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This role acts as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, effective program execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace customers
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, engineering, shipping) to meet customer requirements
  • Monitor and manage program schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are met
  • Communicate order status, delays, and risks proactively to customers
  • Review and interpret customer purchase orders, contracts, and technical requirements
  • Support production planning and demand forecasting activities
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and non-conformances in a timely manner
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings, including program reviews
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems

General Functions

  • Act as a bridge between customer expectations and operational execution
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, customer requirements, and quality systems (e.g., AS9100)
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and response times
  • Assist with quotation follow-ups and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with supply chain to mitigate risks and manage lead times
  • Support audits and documentation requirements as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer service, program management, or account management (preferably in aerospace or manufacturing)
  • Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, heat treat, finishing is an asset)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
