As a Munich-based Health-Tech company, we have been combining software development with medical expertise since 2021. We offer hospitals and radiology practices innovative solutions for their patient care: Rayaservice and RayaONE.

With Rayaservice, our radiology team is available 24/7 on-demand in just 1 click: 30+ experienced radiologists perform teleradiological quality diagnostics – completely remotely and in modern AI-supported software RayaONE.

We also implement our cloud software RayaONE externally in hospital and practice groups. It allows hospitals and practices to use the appropriate and available experts independently of location – even from home office. Your radiologists benefit from a modern user interface, optimized workflows, and AI support. Our team works daily to make modern teleradiology a reality today, thereby strengthening medical staff and providing faster and better patient care.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d) to support our mission to reshape radiology and revolutionize healthcare of tomorrow. Your main responsibilities include:

• Technical Consulting: Technical customer support for our products, services, workflows, and connectivity options
• Solution Development: Development of customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development
• Project Responsibility: Responsibility for technical project implementation, including integration, scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance
• Support: 1st and 2nd Level Support
• Sales Support: Support in quotation and sales processes as well as participation in customer meetings or tenders

Your Profile

• Education: Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification – a university degree is not a must.
• Professional Experience: Experience in IT support and technical customer consulting, ideally in the healthcare sector (e.g., hospitals, medical centers, health authorities)
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of IT system architectures, HL7/FHIR interfaces, DICOM, as well as data protection and IT security in healthcare
• Network Know-how: Solid knowledge of network technologies, VPN, and NAT
• Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills
• Work Style: Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, customer orientation, team spirit, and independent work
• Tools: Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
