About The Role

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll engage with German-speaking customers who have already shown interest. Your mission? Understand their needs, present the right solutions, and convert interest into sales—all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Qualify leads and drive them toward a purchase decision
  • Recommend products/services based on customer needs
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to maximize conversions
  • Identify and act on upselling & cross-selling opportunities
  • Accurately log interactions and track sales activity
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets & KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 18:00

What You Bring

  • Fluent French (C1/native) + good English (B2+)
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (inbound preferred)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
