Role Description

• Full-time, on-site position in Brooklyn, NY
• Looking for someone who has a strong interest in customer service, sales and efficiency. Candidate should be a proactive problem solver.
• Works alongside current CS manager + GM to improve CS experience.
• Works as lead to improve and build remarketing program.
• Skills: self-starter, CRM, Shopify, Shopify Flows, Email Marketing.
• Pros: Knowledge of turntables, vinyl, consumer electronics.
