We’re hiring a Customer Success Assistant to support live campaigns and customer engagement efforts throughout the Cincinnati area. As a Customer Success Assistant, you’ll be part of a team that focuses on creating positive, in-person experiences that represent our clients in a clear and professional way.

This is an entry level Customer Success Assistant opportunity where you’ll learn by doing – working directly with people, building confidence, and gaining experience that goes beyond a typical starting role.

As a Customer Success Assistant, your day is built around in-person interaction and movement:

• Setting up and representing client campaigns at local events and high-traffic areas
• Starting conversations and introducing services in a natural, approachable way
• Answering questions and guiding customers through available options
• Supporting sign-ups and service enrollments when it makes sense
• Working alongside other Customer Success Assistant team members to keep energy high and goals on track
