What You’ll Do
- Support customers via Zendesk, WhatsApp, email, and occasional calls
- Help new customers get set up and confident using the system
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
- Escalate complex issues to developers with clear details
- Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable speaking on calls when needed
- Confident using software and quick to learn new tools
- A good problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure
- Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience in customer support, tech, or SaaS
- Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment
