What You’ll Do

  • Support customers via Zendesk, WhatsApp, email, and occasional calls
  • Help new customers get set up and confident using the system
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to developers with clear details
  • Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable speaking on calls when needed
  • Confident using software and quick to learn new tools
  • A good problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in customer support, tech, or SaaS
  • Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment
