About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join and support our growing Customer Success Team.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams. The Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator will help ensure a seamless customer experience while also providing essential administrative support to the marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Customer Experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a prompt, professional, and helpful manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products, orders, and service experiences.
- Review pending orders and customer requests to help maintain high standards of customer service.
- Issue commercial invoices as needed for domestic and international Shopify orders.
- Support the resolution of B2B and B2C customer service issues by coordinating with internal departments when needed.
Marketing Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks, including ordering and tracking marketing inventory.
- Order sales support materials such as laptop bags, rolling bags, banners, figs, and related collateral.
- Review and organize returned car stock and marketing materials.
- Help maintain organized records of marketing expenditures and inventory-related activity.
Sales Support & Field Team Coordination
- Arrange travel and accommodations for sales representatives attending events and trade shows.
- Support new sales lead generation and assist with maintaining accurate account information.
- Conduct detailed reviews of sales reps’ expenses and marketing expenditures.
- Coordinate sales support requests to help ensure reps have the materials and tools they need.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, marketing administration, sales support, office administration, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests from different departments.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, PayPal, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to jump in where needed with a positive attitude.
- Strong follow-through and ability to take ownership of recurring tasks.
