What We're Looking For

Your Responsibilities

• Support and development of our Swiss customers - by phone, in writing, and occasionally on-site
• Initial technical advice on materials, manufacturing processes, and services
• Preparation and follow-up of offers
• Processing of orders including checking, recording, deadline monitoring, and coordination with production, sourcing, and field sales
• Preparation of framework agreements
• Coordination of technical customer inquiries and projects within the organization and partner network
• Participation in market and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential for improvement

Your Qualifications

• Commercial or technical training
• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or technical sales
• Technical understanding of plastics or manufacturing processes
• Structured, service-oriented, and independent way of working
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
