With consistent year‑over‑year growth, we are expanding our Customer Success Team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant / Trainer who will operate at the intersection of product, presales, and customer enablement. This is a highly dynamic, client‑facing role focused on driving adoption, delivering value, and empowering customers through training and strategic consultation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with enterprise clients, understands DevOps practices, and can translate technical capabilities into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global 5000 clients to adopt and optimize requirements management solutions within their DevOps/ALM ecosystems
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and planning calls to understand customer needs
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and enablement programs for both prospective and existing customers
  • Provide expert‑level support for Modern Requirements and Copilot modules
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects
  • Create training materials such as guides, videos, and documentation
  • Support multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong follow‑ups and engagement
  • Assist customers in leveraging AI/Copilot capabilities effectively
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role (Customer Success, Consulting, Presales, or Training)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Build, Commits)
  • Working knowledge of Git workflows (push/pull requests, repositories, codebases)
  • Experience delivering training sessions or workshops
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of QA/testing processes
  • Experience in B2B presales or customer success environments
  • Knowledge of AI concepts, copilots, or intelligent agents
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps ecosystem
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Medical, Pharmaceutical)
  • French language proficiency (asset)

Requirements
