Position Overview

Closet Factory Hampton Roads is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to support daily client interactions and help ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project process. This position serves as an important connection between clients and internal teams, assisting with scheduling, communication, documentation, and project coordination from initial contact through project completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding questions, updates, and service-related inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling calendars
  • Assist with project tracking and customer follow-up
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth project flow
  • Provide professional support before, during, and after customer projects
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Monitor timelines and help ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Support administrative and operational functions as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer information

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Previous customer service, coordination, administrative, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
