About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cologne. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our platform. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support, guidance, and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the platform setup process.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services.
- Identify and address customer needs and potential issues.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Assist in the creation of customer success resources, such as FAQs and tutorials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, account management, or coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the gaming or media tech industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
