About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cologne. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support, guidance, and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the platform setup process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services.
  • Identify and address customer needs and potential issues.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the creation of customer success resources, such as FAQs and tutorials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, account management, or coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the gaming or media tech industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
