To support our strong growth, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Engineer with a knack for technology and customer experience. As a key interface between our clients and our R&D/Product teams, your mission is to ensure that our solutions (ZED cameras, perception software, "Terra AI") are deployed reliably, quickly, and effectively in real-world environments.

Your Main Missions

  • Technical Onboarding: Assist with the installation, configuration, and validation of initial use cases with our clients.
  • Support & Diagnostics: Resolve complex technical issues (Linux, network, ROS, perception workflow) encountered by our clients.
  • Optimization: Advise our clients on maximizing the performance of their field robotics systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and QA to transform field feedback into concrete product improvements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain the technical knowledge base for our clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, robotics, embedded systems, or computer vision.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, integration, or deployment of hardware/software solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Solid mastery of Linux/Ubuntu.
    • Knowledge of C++/Python for debugging and testing.
    • Appreciated knowledge of ROS / ROS2 and robotics environments.
    • A major asset: experience with NVIDIA Jetson and/or ZED cameras.
  • Languages: Fluent English required (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, pedagogical, autonomous, and rigorous in problem-solving.
