About the Role

As part of our continued growth, GACS is expanding its India‑based Customer Success team and looking for strong, voice‑first professionals who enjoy working directly with U.S. customers. This is a phone‑heavy, relationship‑driven role where you'll speak with local and multi‑location business owners in the U.S., help them understand marketing performance, and guide them toward better adoption, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Run live calls with U.S. customers (onboarding, health checks, performance reviews)
  • Explain marketing performance in simple, non‑technical language
  • Handle concerns, churn‑risk situations, and expectation setting
  • Build long‑term customer relationships based on trust and outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English and confidence on voice calls
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in Customer Success
