Role and Responsibilities
As an Customer Success Executive you will focus on expanding new clientele and maintaining current accounts through a personalized and attentive strategy. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, identify opportunities for increased sales, and cultivate strong connections to ensure lasting satisfaction and aligned goals.
- Act as the primary liaison for managing customer accounts within your designated portfolio.
- Establish and uphold enduring customer connections through continuous follow-up and commitment to exceptional service.
- Utilize consultative selling methods to match WM products and services with customer demands and regulatory standards.
- Enhance profits by renegotiating, updating, and extending customer service contracts, while clearly communicating agreement terms.
- Address complex customer issues in cooperation with the Inside Sales Manager.
- Effectively communicate pricing, fees, and service approaches while implementing customer rewards and accommodations per company policies.
- Identify and develop sales prospects in your area and direct relevant internal opportunities to other WM departments.
- Use Salesforce and pricing software to organize account information and improve sales efficiency.
- Produce documents and fulfill routine office duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) credential from an accredited institution.
- One year of experience in waste management or five years of successfully managing business-to-business accounts.
- Skill in efficiently handling customer requests for canceling services.
- Strong ability to develop and nurture professional connections.
- Effective goal-setting, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills with strong influence.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Solid financial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships in a B2B sales environment.
- Willingness to engage in cold calling and actively pursue new business prospects.
