For our Cloud ERP platform Haufe X360, we are looking for a Customer Success & Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What awaits you:
- Customer support & success assurance: You are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure that they successfully use our solutions and achieve their goals.
- Feedback & optimization: You conduct active conversations with customers to gather feedback, identify optimization potential, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Up-/Cross-selling: You recognize potential with existing customers and develop strategies to successfully leverage them.
- Leads & new customer conversations: You conduct conversations with potential customers, qualify leads, and support the development of new business opportunities.
- Interface management: You work closely with our implementation partners, who handle the operational support of customers, and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Inside Sales activities: You actively support through telephone campaigns, maintaining the sales pipeline, and qualifying leads in the CRM system.
What you bring with you:
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Success Management, Inside Sales, or comparable customer-oriented roles.
- Communication skills: Enjoy working with people and the ability to inspire customers and prospects.
- Analytical thinking: A structured and proactive way of working, as well as the ability to recognize potential and optimization opportunities.
- CRM know-how: Experience with CRM systems and an interest in process optimization.
- Teamwork: Willingness to take responsibility and work closely with colleagues and partners.
- Sales competence: A winning personality that can convince and retain both existing customers and potential prospects in the long term.
- You speak fluent German (min. C1) and have very good English skills (min. B2).

Requirements
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Success Management, Inside Sales oder vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Rollen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (mind. C1) und hast sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (mind. B2)
Responsibilities
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und stellst sicher, dass sie unsere Lösungen erfolgreich einsetzen und ihre Ziele erreichen
- Du führst aktive Gespräche mit Kundinnen und Kunden, um Feedback einzuholen, Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern
- Du erkennst Potenziale bei bestehenden Kundinnen und Kunden und entwickelst Strategien, um diese erfolgreich zu nutzen
- Du führst Gespräche mit potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden, qualifizierst Leads und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Implementierungspartner:innen zusammen, die die operative Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden übernehmen, und stellst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicher
- Du unterstützt aktiv durch Telefonkampagnen, die Pflege der Sales-Pipeline und die Qualifizierung von Leads im CRM-System
