Responsibilities
- Resolve tickets and streamline those requests to the proper teams
- Assist Customer Success team with client research
- Analyze customer data to help team propose new products
- Answer written inquiries through our e-mail system
- Maintain clean data in our CRM
- Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team
- Schedule meetings for representatives
Requirements
- Enrolled in University (virtual or on-site)
- A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Passion for sales & a desire to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Teams and/or other software/database skills
- Excellent oral, written, communication and phone skills
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Enthusiasm for research and special projects
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Additional Information
- Work location: Office - Onsite – Clearwater, FL (no remote days)
- This position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week
