We are a growing SaaS product company focused on dental clinic management solutions. Our platform helps clinics streamline operations, manage patient data, and improve efficiency. We are currently expanding our customer base and looking for a reliable team member to support our growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and multi-skilled professional who can manage customer onboarding, support, and lead coordination. You will work closely with the founder to ensure smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Coordination (Pre-Demo) • Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries) • Understand basic requirements of clinics and qualify leads • Schedule product demos with the founder • Follow up with prospects to ensure demo attendance • Maintain lead data and status tracking
2. Customer Onboarding & Implementation • Set up new clinics on the system (users, branches, configurations) • Coordinate with customers for data collection and system setup • Handle data import/export (Excel-based) • Ensure smooth go-live for new customers
3. Product Training • Train clinic staff (doctors, receptionists, admins) after onboarding • Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure proper usage
4. Customer Support (Primary POC) • Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers • Resolve queries via call, WhatsApp, and email • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when required
5. Customer Success & Follow-ups • Ensure customers are actively using the system • Regularly follow up to resolve issues and improve satisfaction • Maintain basic records of customer interactions
Required Skills • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi) • Good coordination and follow-up ability • Comfortable using Excel (data handling) • Tech-savvy and quick learner • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Preferred (Good to Have) • Experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / Healthcare software • Exposure to clinic or hospital workflows • Basic understanding of databases or SQL (optional)
