Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Geneva, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with clients, and managing accounts to ensure long-term customer retention. Key tasks include analyzing customer feedback, resolving issues, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and acting as a liaison between clients and the company's operational teams. The role plays a pivotal part in fostering trust and ensuring the success of client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and drive Customer Retention
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights from customer feedback
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
  • Outstanding Communication skills for both internal collaboration and external client interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a consultancy or engineering services environment is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Arabic is an advantage
